Target Resume

Add another Target Resume with Cover Letter to apply for a specific job announcement. Your Target Resume is designed to address the employer\'s job qualifications and requirements, and will be emailed as a Word (.doc) document, suitable for printing or emailing.

Federal Resume

If you intend to apply for a federal civil service position, then this federal "resumix" resume can be added to any of the standard DEALS. A federal resume is significantly different from the typical civilian resume, in that it is much more detailed and lengthy.

Federal KSA3

This add-on is for up to three KSA narratives. If you are applying for a federal civil service position, a few agencies will require addendum KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities). These are first-person statements, normally one half to a full page for each KSA. This document is submitted in addition to the federal resume. Please note most agencies no longer require KSAs, because they expect you to include such statements in your federal resume. However, this add-on is available in the event a specific federal job announcement still requires it.

Thank You Letter

After an interview, it is appropriate to send a Thank You letter to the interviewee within 2 business days. Failure to do this will show a lack of professional courtesy, and could be detrimental to your chances for moving to the next step of the hiring process.

Resumes submitted in response to a job announcement must be accompanied by a cover letter. If you purchase an additional Target Resume, it will include a cover letter, so order this product only if you require an individual cover letter.
